Couldn't see who got the win light.

That was a local style armdrop (no lights). The guy in the car at the end of the track said it was to close to call.
Not bad for a street car against a race only mustang. I think the mustang won by inches.

Well, by the time I saw this, it don't work and I was looking forward to seeing the race. What year GTX do you have, I have a '69 GTX myself. Though I have yet to run much. I DID scare a young guy with a Pontiac Trans Am though. He tried to put on a show for me, in HIS lane and when traffic had cleared sufficiently, I gave the GTX a quick burst and let off. Next thing I knew the Trans Am had vanished. There was too much of a surprise, when the "OLD Car responded so quickly!

It's a 1970 GTX (that I have owned since new). The newer cars are always trying to show us old guys how it is done.
The torque from the 440 does surprise most of them. The GTX runs 12:70s in street trim.
