FlowMaster Super 44

I got my suitcase muffler replaced with the FlowMaster Super 44's. Everything else on the exhaust is stock. I got it replaced at around 11am. I drove it around most of the day, and at like 1am. It started making more noise/sound. I was just wondering... is it suppose to do that since it broken in, or maybe the welding got messed up? Anyone else have advice on it?:confused:

It should get louder over time as it breaks in.

I had that same muffler on my old Grand Prix (two of them) and it got louder over time, but not in that short of a time. Have the shop that did it take a look to see if one of their welds broke.

I have a single in dual out flowmaster super 44 muffler on my ride. Love the sound, definitely got louder after the break-in period. I get asked all the time if I have a V8...I wish I did!
