I HAD a 'classic Challenger' but unfortunately let it get away. it was a '71 R/T 340 in Hemi Orange with a Black Vinyl Top. LOVED that car, but due to pressure from my insurance agent at the time, I sold the car....TO HIM! he owned it for a few years and then, unknown to me, put it up for sale so he could pay his taxes. I was SOOOO upest with him, that he didn't let me know and give me the opportunity to buy it back. anyway, he sold it to some guy that turned out to be a scumbag, buying and selling Mopars...mostly 'clone cars' he passed off as "Original". my car ended up being sold to some kid who ran it into a ditch. the kid still owed the guy money, so the seller repo'ed it. later he put it up for sale and I found out the car showed up at a body shop on a flat-bed to get an estimate. had right side front fender and frame damage. the car left for parts unknown. that was probably 15 years ago and the last I heard of it. would LOVE to find it today, just to check it out.

anyone else have a Mopar that 'got away'????
