Sitting here minding my own business 'Z' surfing, I get a knock on the door. It just happens to be the mailman with a package for me. Hmmmmm.....what could it be??

I search my memory to see who in the world Blake is, anyway, I opened the package and this is what's inside:

Newspapers, I think I have plenty of newspapers. Why would Blake send me some newspapers, so I begin to take the newspapers out and lo and behold,

It's the 85mm Modern Muscle throttle body I bought from Ron (Cool SRT8) from the Challenger 'Z'. Hopefully, I'll be installing this tomorrow morning. I'll keep you updated as to how it feels. I might even do a how-to.

I was thinking of getting one from HHP, when I lucked on to this. I usually surf all the 'Z' forumz and I get some pretty good deals from the members and the different group buys.

So early this morning I went out and swapped out the throttle body. It only took me about 10 minutes to swap it out but it took me almost an hour to get the socket I dropped into the cross member, under the engine, out.

Anyway, I have to tell you, man it's responsive, if I'm not careful the LEOs will think I'm racing. Then when it hits that sweet spot is like a glider, soaring right over the highway. Before I knew it, I was doing 90 in a 55. It helps, too, that I have my transmission set to where I have to shift it at normal driving and at WOT is shifts on it's own. The butt dyno tells me it was a great mod.

Then when I get home after testing out the throttle body, there's a giant box sitting in the middle of the living room. The box measures about 26"x20"x16" and it says "Box 1 of 2". And the saga continues. To be continued.......
