These past couple of weeks have been pretty busy for me. Ordering parts and waiting for them to get here then making arrangements to get them installed.
As of yesterday it all came to a head. Last week, I installed an 85mm Modern Muscle throttle body. Now, I feel like Diablo is a bit more responsive than it's been lately. The butt dyno tells me that it may have added 5hps, if that much. At least he can breathe and he's not all congested like he used to be.
This past Thursday, I dropped Diablo off at my peeples (DTP) to get some more mods installed. The new mods were; a set of JBA shorty headers, an SLP under drive pulley and a Corsa Cat-back exhaust system. They were to do a CMR while he was there. I picked Diablo up on Friday afternoon and went for a test drive. The difference is like night and day. First, let me explain that I have my transmission programmed for manual mode. It will upshift automatically at WOT but for normal driving I have to upshift. It will downshift automatically. It feels, to me, like the response lag is completely gone. In first gear I have to ease the throttle or it'll break loose in a heartbeat. On the interstate, it will soar unlike when stock. Here's the dyno sheet after all the mods:

As you can see, it ended up with 327.2rwhp and, as it was pointed out to me by Dan (Goatme) from the Charger 'Z', torque was 379-380rwt. My prior dyno, with a Predator (89oct tune) and CAI, was 315.2rwhp and 350-350rwt.
My overall feeling of all the mods, if you were to see me now, I have a permanent ear to ear smile. Though the gains weren't that substantial, I did see improvements in how he drives and overall performance. You ask, was it worth it?? For me it definitely was.
As always, I welcome all comments and suggestions whether good or bad. Thank you for looking!!
